Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Items:

Most items are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Please submit a return request through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Should you prefer a different item or color, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that custom pieces, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment we offer International shipping to Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by carrier. Please see our Shipping Information page for more details on international shipping options and costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
